The brand identity for an Albanian sushi restaurant is centered around  the 'omakase' concep —a bespoke, high-quality dining experience without a menu, where dishes are uniquely crafted by the chef for each guest. 








Omakase means “I leave it to your care” and it is a vote of confidence between the client and the chef who is responsible for choosing all the prepared recipes. It comes from the verb makaseru
[任せる], which means to trust.
